Used Static Caravan Options
SALES | HIRE | BUYBACK

We will agree to buy back any static caravan with a sale price greater than £5000.00

Terms

Buy back at 50% less than purchase price up to 6 months of purchase date

Thereafter the purchase price decreases by 8% of 6-month price per month.

EG. £6000.00 @ 6 months = £3000, 7 months = £2760, (8% of 3000 = £240) 8 MTh's = £2520 (Less £240)

Conditions

The agreement is subject to the following
  1. Fair wear and tear
  2. A final inspection of the home on the day of removal, or sooner, providing personal possessions are removed
  3. The home is available to us a clean and tidy condition
  4. The home is for the personal use of the customer and family with no sub hire or use allowed.
  5. 1 months written notice being given to Ian James Caravans of the date the home will be available for removal.
  6. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/occupier to ensure that no frost damage occurs to the plumbing and heating system at any time.
  7. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/occupier to ensure the home is disconnected from all services prior to its removal.
  8. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/occupier to ensure that any skirting, step, and fencing is cleared from around the home prior to its removal.
  9. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/occupier to ensure that the area surrounding the home is cleared of any obstructions prior to and on the day of removal.
  10. The customer will acknowledge that the home is not gas certified and will confirm that they will employ qualified engineers to execute the required connection and testing.


Hire Static Caravans

We have a limited number of caravans available to hire, usually for short term use, insurance companies etc.

The service we offer

  1. Minimum hire period 12 weeks
  2. Rental charged monthly in advance preferably on card
  3. The caravan stays with you as long as you require it
  4. The static caravan is delivered to your site and positioned where required (provided access is available.)
  5. Lorry driver and lorry only. A Landrover and skilled operator can be provided at extra cost.
  6. We do not connect to services but advise if requested will be given
  7. The static caravans cooker and water heating is by electric not gas

Charges

12` Wide caravan 3 bedroom £1000 plus VAT per month plus delivery and collection to site only

10' Wide caravans 2 or 3 bedroom £800 plus VAT per month plus delivery and collection to site only
