Brean Beach Holiday Parks incorporates two family parks with private beach access to miles of golden sands. You can walk directly from your holiday home thorugh sand dunes and our children's play areas, without any roads to cross. Both our parks are situated in the heart of Brean, a short distance from each other.
The Burrows is located opposite the Brean Leisure Centre and has direct access to a three mile stretch of lovely sandy beach. There is a childrens playground and all of luxury holiday homes have adjacent parking facilities.
Yellow Sands is located opposite The Seagull Inn and, like The Burrows, has access to Brean's fantastic three miles of golden sands. Park facilities include the Main Reception, Laundry facilities, Sales Showground and children's Play Area.

Notter Bridge Park is ideally located at the gateway to Cornwall and Devon just off the A38 leaving Plymouth and the Tamar Bridge on the border of Devon and Cornwall. We are just at the foot of Dartmoor National Park.
The park itself is set in 6 acres of grassland and trees along the river bank where the wildlife includes the kingfisher and otter. The river is ideal for canoeing and boating. Of course we offer our own fishing from our private banks which boast salmon and trout.
We offer a private secluded location for owners to purchase exclusive Park Lodges and Holiday Homes with private balconies with either river or woodland views.
