Ian James have supplied static caravans for many such customers throughout Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Somerset and Wiltshire as well as other regions of the U.K. Transport can be arranged with professional hauliers.
We can help you choose the right static caravan for your requirements, making absolutely sure that your temporary living experience is as comfortable as possible. All our used static caravans can be connected to mains services including electricity, drainage, gas, and telephone. They are all comprehensively kitted out with fully fitted kitchens including full sized cookers and fridges. Showers and standard flushing WC's are also standard throughout. You have a choice of 2 or 3 separate bedrooms and a spacious living room. The caravans come in sizes from 28' x 10' to 36' x 12' depending on your requirements.
Planning permission will depend on your local planning authority, you may have to apply for temporary use.
